Grupo VTP España’s first project of 117 luxury apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, designed by Melvin Villarroel Roldán, was successfully completed in the year 2000.

The total sales volume of Cabo Bermejo amounted to approx. 55 Mio.€.

It became the reference for future projects on the Costa del Sol in respect of quality in construction and punctuality in delivery.
