After the approval of an initial project of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses Grupo VTP España developed the infrastructure which included all the landscaping, retention walls, drainage, water and electricity networks.

The complete project, including all the necessary permits and licences was sold to a third party developer in 2004.
