A corporate structure has been established with VTP Property España S.A. as the parent company and a series of subsidiaries for individual projects (residential complexes), construction and real estate agency.
To complete the package, in the year 2002 property management services were implemented and the TikiTano Beach Restaurant was opened in March 2003.
Grupo VTP España is managing a project portfolio of more than 100 Mio.€ with an annual turnover of approx. 55 Mio.€.
